“Teal” Organizations, Sociocracy & Worker Self-Management

Join us for our next training session for our online course: Leveraging Your People Power. Hosted by Q3 instructor + Communications Coordinator Michelle, this session “’Teal’ Organizations, Sociocracy & Worker Self-Management” will address the future of organizational management, what these different organizational structures are and their implications for the local food, farm and coop sector. In this session we will:

Discover the future of organizational management and learn about “Teal” organizations (according to F.Laloux’s color theory of orgs), Sociocracy, and Self-managed teams.

  • Explore how these innovative approaches can revolutionize the local food farm and coop sector.

  • Gain insights into conflict resolution, decision-making, and profit-sharing in non-hierarchical and self-managed teams.

  • Be inspired by real-world case studies and learn how to apply these principles to your own context.

This event is free for all course participants, %50 for LFFC members and $99 for non-members. There are limited subsidized tickets available.

Non-course participants can register through Eventbrite [here]
