Membership Application Process

We are looking forward to having you become a part of our LFFC community! To become an LFFC member, we ask that you please review the application process and fill out the form below.

Step 01: Fill out and submit LFFC Membership Application Form below.
Step 02: Wait for a confirmation email notifying you that your application has been received.
Step 03: Once the LFFC Board of Directors approves, we will follow up with the next steps in submitting your preferred payment method (i.e. e-transfer, mailed-in cheque or credit card).
Step 04: Once payment has been processed, a Welcome Package will be sent with the next steps.
